2022 Parish council meeting agendas

Dear Councillors,

You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of the Staffing / Employment Committee of Mareham le Fen Parish Council which will be held on WEDNESDAY 16TH FEBRUARY 2022 commencing at 6.45pm in Spitfire, Mareham le Fen Community Centre.  The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.  After this meeting the parish council meeting will start in Lancaster room at 7.15pm.

If you cannot attend the meeting please send you apologies to the Clerk with reasons.

There will NOT be a public forum at this meeting.  Due to the confidential matters being discussed the public and media will be excluded.

2. Apologies for absence with reason given and if a substitution can be made.

3. Declaration of Members’ interests in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 (Disclosure by all members present of disclosable pecuniary interests in matters on the agenda that have not already been declared on their Declarations of Interests form or put in writing to the Monitoring Officer at East Lindsey District Council. Councillors may not take part or vote on items they have a pecuniary interest in unless granted a dispensation).

4. To consider requests from members for a dispensation on any items on the agenda (In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 the Parish Council has the authority to grant any members present a dispensation on their disclosable pecuniary interest so that they may take place in the debate and vote)

5. To resolve to exclude the press and public to discuss item of business that would be confidential (Local Government Act 1972 Schedule 12A (1) and (2) information relating to an individual or would reveal the identity of an individual.
