29th June 2022 Council Meeting
Dear Councillors,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Mareham le Fen Parish Council which will be held on WEDNESDAY 29TH JUNE 2022 commencing at 7.15pm in the Lancaster, Mareham le Fen Community Centre. Face coverings are not mandatory but welcome if anyone wishes to wear one. Parish Council business must be conducted in a public meeting (except for items deemed to be confidential and not in the public interest). Items to be discussed are shown in the agenda.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please send your apologies to the Clerk with reasons.
PRESS AND PUBLIC WELCOME. There will be a public forum at this meeting starting at 7.15pm prior to the start of the parish council meeting when parishioners may ask questions or raise issues of local interest with the parish council for up to the first 15 minutes of the meeting. The chair of the meeting may limit the amount of time that each person may speak. The formal Council meeting will commence at the end of the public forum. Members of the public may not speak during the Parish Council meeting unless the Chair of the meeting allows this.
ELDC and LCC councillors will be invited to make verbal or written reports prior to the start of the full parish council meeting.

AGENDA
1. Apologies for absence with reason given
2. Declaration of Members’ interests in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and requests for dispensations
(Disclosure by all members present of disclosable pecuniary interests in matters on the agenda that have not already been declared on their Declarations of Interests form. Councillors may not take part or vote on items they have a pecuniary interest in unless granted a dispensation. Requests for a dispensation should be sent to The Clerk by email or at the start of the meeting).
3. To receive the draft minutes to be approved as the minutes of the meeting held on 23rd June 2022.
4. To consider any matters arising from the minutes of 23rd June 2022 not already on this agenda.
5. To consider and approve financial matters
a) To approve expenditure on the payments schedule
6. To note items of correspondence for information and decide on items for future action – Charity Scheme and ELDC correspondence from the Community Centre Trustees and any other correspondence.
7. To consider options for the Playing Pitch field in Mareham le Fen and submission to the land owner/ land agent if any response received.
8. To consider and approve the community asset re-registrations in the village.
9. To receive updates, consider and approve any action on highways matters including Community Speedwatch application.
10. Date of the next meeting 20th July 2022 and items to be added to the agenda.
