You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Mareham le Fen Parish Council which will be held on WEDNESDAY 15 th MARCH 2023 commencing at 7.30pm in Lancaster, Mareham le
Fen Community Centre preceded by a public participation period commencing at 7.15pm. Face coverings are not mandatory but welcome if anyone wishes to wear one. Parish Council business
must be conducted in a public meeting (except for items deemed to be confidential and not in the public interest). Items to be discussed are shown in the agenda.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please send your apologies to the Clerk with reasons.
PRESS AND PUBLIC WELCOME. There will be a public participation period at this meeting starting at 7.15pm prior to the start of the parish council meeting. Parishioners may ask questions
or raise issues of local interest with the parish council for up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the Parish Council meeting. The chair of the meeting may limit the amount of time that each person
may speak. The formal Council meeting will commence at the end of the public forum. Members of the public may not speak during the Parish Council meeting unless the Chair of the meeting
allows this.

S/213/02177/22 - LAND AT HILL FARM, MAIN ROAD, WOOD ENDERBY - Planning Permission - Change of use, conversion of and alterations to the 4no. existing agricultural buildings to provide facilities for the importation of virgin timber, wood pallets and wood chip for biomass for the production of dried wood and wood chip for- briquette production (off site) and the installation of 6no. 10m high flues – to receive and respond to any updates out for consultation by 28/3/2023.

11. To consider and approve memorials for erection in the cemetery.
12. To receive and consider recommendations of the Coronation/ 80 th D-Day Commemorations working party.
13. To approve rent review for agricultural tenants.
14. To review and approve the risk register.
15. To approve the purchase of laptop.
16. To consider appointments to external bodies, groups and to receive reports.
17. Training Bookings to be approved.
18. To note and approve arrangements for the Annual Parish Meeting on 29 th March.
