Mr Scott had spoken to Cllr Chilvers and told him that when the paving slabs had settled sand should be brushed into the cracks. Cllrs agreed that they should ask Mr Lawrence to do this.

Councillors decided that the amount of refund from the Bowls Club should be £90.00. £200.00 had been paid in February to cover the hire from February to November 2020 but only used for the February meeting leaving £180.00 outstanding, Cllrs thought ½ of this could be repaid.

The noticeboard on the wall of the post office is damaged and rotting, Cllrs agreed that this should be replaced. Cllr Chilvers will measure the board and get some quotes.

The condition and disabled access for the Memorial Lawn was discussed but no conclusion was reached. The Clerk had received an email from a Parishioner regarding the disabled access which had been sent to the Trustees and the Charities Commission at the request of the Parishioner.

No decision could be taken regarding the venue for the next meeting until after the Government decision is published on 17th May.

At the moment there are only 3 signatories for the cheques. The Clerk had forms from the bank, Cllrs Bourn and Roberts will take their ID to the bank. Cllr Cox will take his at a later date when he feels it is safe to do so.

The meeting closed at 8.30.

The next meeting will be arranged when required.
