LINCOLNSHIRE MINERALS AND WASTE LOCAL PLAN: PROPOSED SUBMISSION VERSION REGULATION 19 CONSULTATION
Lincolnshire County Council is preparing the Lincolnshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan that will form the key to the delivery of sustainable minerals and waste development in the County
up to the year 2042. The Lincolnshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan sets out the key principles to guide the future winning and working of minerals and the form of waste management
development in the County, together with the policies against which planning applications for minerals and waste development will be considered.
A statutory consultation on the Lincolnshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan: Proposed Submission Version commenced on Monday 15 June 2026.
This consultation provides an opportunity for stakeholders and communities to make representations on the 'soundness' and legal compliance of the document prior to its submission to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government who will appoint an Inspector or Inspectors to carry out an independent examination.
