- To discuss planning application, S/114/00933/21
- Mia Casa Fen Lane, Mareham le Fen, extension and alterations to dwelling to provide enlarged garden room.
- To approve minutes of previous meeting held on 22nd April 2021
- To discuss date of APM, AGM and next ordinary meeting, should they all be held on the same day? Provisional items for the agendas
- Bank signatures and cancellation of standing order for Clerk’s salary. To discuss whether to apply for internet banking.
- Cheque paid to N Brown for work done on purchase of Cemetery ground, requested breakdown of costs for VAT and P C records, not yet received.
- What should be done with records for Mareham le Fen, currently held by the Clerk.
